RE-INVITATION TO TENDER

Sequel to the advertisements placed in the Nigerian Tribune and Blueprint Newspapers of 9th January, 2026 by the National Assembly, seeking for suitable companies to pre-qualify in various categories of projects and the subsequent invitation to Tender (Financial) of 17th August, 2026 on the following projects:

i. Repair, Surface Preparation and Painting of National Assembly Complex
ii. Appointment of Consultant for the National Assembly Solar Power Project;
iii. Rehabilitation and Reticulation of Water Supply System at the National Assembly Complex;
iv. Construction of Bus Terminal and Workshop in the National Assembly;
v. Upgrade of National Assembly Fire-Fighting Equipment;
vi. Replacement of Damaged Cables in the National Assembly Power House II;
vii. Upgrade and Modernization of National Assembly Security Equipment and Devices;
viii. Provision and Installation of Workstation at offices in the National Assembly;
ix. Upgrade of National Assembly ICT Software and other related Equipment;
x. Provision of Artworks and Beautification of National Assembly Complex;
xi. Renovation, Rehabilitation and Furnishing of the National Liaison office, Lagos;
xii. Replacement of Damaged batteries of Elevators in the House of Representatives, Senate and White House Buildings, National Assembly;
xiii. Upgrade of National Assembly Printing Press;

xiv. Provision of Consultancy for 2026 Workshop Training for Legislative Aides, NASS;
xv. Design and Installation of E-Parliament for the 11th Assembly;
xvi. Upgrade of the National Assembly Solar Lighting System;
xvii. Procurement of Utility Vehicles to the National Assembly;
xviii. Purchase of Medical Equipment to the National Assembly;
xix. General Paint Work of Annex I & II, National Assembly;
xx. Replacement of Damaged Floor, Wall and Ceiling Tiles and Shattered Glazing in Annex I & II, National Assembly Complex;
xxi. Renovation and Uplifting of National Assembly Presidential Gate, Fire Service and Road Safety Buildings;
xxii. General Landscaping of National Assembly;
xxiii. Upgrade of National Assembly Television Studio;
xxiv. Replacement of Electrical Breakers/Isolation and Insulation in Powerline;
xxv. Replacement of Damaged Roof Pelt in Annex I & II, National Assembly;
xxvi. Smart Conference for Senate;
xxvii. Provision of Automatic Toilet /Tap Facilities in the National Assembly White House Rest Rooms; and.
xxviii. Upgrade of National Assembly Security Monitoring System.

2. The National Assembly wishes to notify Companies invited to Tender for the afore-mentioned projects that Bid Opening/Closing is as follows:
i. Tender Closes at 1:30Pm. Monday, 7th September, 2026
ii. Bid Opening, 2;00pm, same day
iii. Venue: Procurement and Supplies Conference Room, Annex1, National Assembly Complex.
